If you read the Bible sincerely with a seeking heart – starting at the New Testament and then going onto the Old Testament, you can only come up with one conclusion: That the Lord Jesus is both the sum total of the Old Testament and the New Testament. All of Scripture points to Him, the eternal King and reveals who He is and testifies that He is indeed Lord of heaven and earth. In fact the Lord Jesus said it Himself in John 5:39 – Go read it. I encourage you to go read Exodus 3:14, John 8:24 and then John 8:58. In the Article section on this website, I go into depth proving and showing you from Scripture that Jesus is Yahweh, that Jesus is God, the Great I AM.
He who has believed and is baptised shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned (Mark 16:16).
He who believes in the Son has eternal life; and he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him. (John 3:36).
The Lord Jesus said the following and it is very important:
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” (John 14:6)
His words reveal that only by Him can you come to God. There is no other way or by no other name can you come to God.
For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at the proper time. (1 Timothy 2:5-6).
Acts 4:10-12
10 let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by this name this man stands here before you in good health. 11 He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief corner stone. 12 And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
